Will a past eviction automatically disqualify me?

Eviction Reset does not make landlord eligibility decisions. Each landlord has its own documented requirements. We cannot guarantee acceptance or remove accurate records.

Can I get a screening report here?

Not during this pilot preparation. Screening and screening credits remain inactive until authorization is confirmed.

Can I upgrade Basic to Premium?

Yes. After we verify your $97 Basic purchase and confirm you have not already upgraded, the upgrade is $100, bringing the total to $197. Do not purchase Premium again to upgrade.
